Applying ethical standards to our suppliers

Ensuring ethical standards along our supply chain is of high importance at Roland Berger. We hold our suppliers to the same high ethical standards that we uphold within our own organization. Our Supplier Code of Conduct serves as a guiding document that outlines the principles and expectations, we set for all our suppliers.

Integrity, respect for human rights, fair labor practices, and environmental sustainability are key pillars that we prioritize throughout our supply chain. We believe that by working closely with our suppliers and fostering transparent and collaborative relationships, we can create a responsible and sustainable business ecosystem that benefits not only our organization but also our suppliers and the wider community. By upholding ethical standards along our supply chain, we aim to minimize risks, ensure the well-being of workers, and mitigate any adverse environmental impacts.

Our commitment to human rights

At Roland Berger, we recognize the utmost importance of human rights in all aspects of our business activities. We acknowledge our corporate responsibility to collaborate towards improving global standards and ensuring respect for human rights within our operations and along our global supply and value chains.

As part of our commitment to upholding human rights, we align our business activities with internationally recognized principles, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). These principles serve as our guiding framework to prevent any violations against human rights.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to implementing the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, also known as the Supply Chain Act or "Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz". This act reinforces our commitment to ensuring responsible business relationships and supply chain practices that respect human rights.
