・日本語がネイティブでない方は、読み書き共にJLPT N-1同等レベルの日本語スキル必須（日本語でのコンサルティング業務遂行に支障のないレベル）
・正社員／フルタイムの職歴をお持ちでない方

＜ジョブ・プログラムについて＞
複数人のグループで、企業が抱える仮想の経営課題についてのケースワークに取り組んでいただきます。社員とのディスカッションや交流を通じて、コンサルタントとしてのキャリアやローランド・ベルガーのカルチャーを理解していただけるプログラムです
・コンサルタントの指導によるケースワーク(リサーチ、分析、解決策の策定等)
・ケースワークの成果をプレゼンテーション
・コンサルタントによるフィードバック
・コンサルタントとの交流 等
＜ジョブ・プログラム選考日程（予定）＞
2025年6-7月頃 1次選考、2次選考（オンライン）
2025年8月頃 オータムジョブ・プログラム（弊社東京オフィスにてオフライン開催）
