Folgende spannende Aufgaben erwarten dich:
- Steuerung der Recruitingprozesse inkl. Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Verträgen und Vergütungsmodellen
- Beratung und Betreuung unserer internationalen Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen und personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Begleitung von Trennungsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen externen Rechtsberater:innen
- Koordination der globalen Beförderungsprozesse
- Fallweise projektbezogene Weiterentwicklung der Führungskräftebetreuung
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Führungskräften sowie gutes Verständnis für personalrechtliche Aspekte
- Analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Genauigkeit im Detail
- Diplomatisches Geschick, sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
