For eight to twelve weeks during your summer break, you will be an integral part of a team of strategy consultants. You will support our clients with your know-how and develop customized, creative strategies. A personal mentor will advise you both professionally and personally. You will get a true sense of our corporate culture and can decide for yourself whether we share the same DNA.

Outstanding MBA Summer Associates will be offered a contract for a full-time position after completing their MBA.

• Excellent academic record
• Relevant strategic work experience – ideally in the geographical market you would like to join
• Industry or functional expertise in e.g. automotive, chemicals, consumer goods & retail, corporate finance, digitalization, energy, engineered products & hightech, financial services, infrastructure, operations, pharma & healthcare, restructuring, technology / media / telecommunications or transportation
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

The International MBA Case Competition hosted by IESE and Roland Berger since 1995 brings together bright minds from the world's leading business schools to experience what consulting is really like by proposing a business solution for a complex case.

Last year the teams developed a five-year strategy for Gestamp, a Madrid-based world leader in the manufacture of automotive metal parts. Most exciting was that the CEO and president of Gestamp, Francisco Riberas, was a member of the jury selecting the winning team. Happily, the IESE team convinced the jury with their solution.
