Leading business schools from all over the world compete against each other – for the most creative solution and best strategy.

The International MBA Case Competition has taken place at IESE in Barcelona every year since 1995 and fosters the exchange of ideas between different business schools. However, due to the current situation, the event will take place in a hybrid set up in 2022.

What to expect

Learning and networking

You and your team will work on a current business challenge. Experienced consultants from Roland Berger will coach you during the competition and give you valuable advice on developing your analysis and preparing a convincing presentation. You will present your results in front of a jury of top-class business representatives.

But it is not all about competition. All work and no play is no life for a consultant. You will get in touch with international MBA students from renowned business schools and Roland Berger employees from different offices. The virtual networking sessions give you the opportunity to exchange your experiences and ask any questions you may have – regarding life of a consultant or your personal career track at Roland Berger.

And last but not least: Next to the challenges (and fun) that the competition offers, each member of the winning team will win an internship at Roland Berger.
