Why Roland Berger?
After many years in consulting, I had been looking for a firm that was more accepting of different personalities and perspectives, and Roland Berger fits this description very well. It is easier to be myself at Roland Berger, and everyone is quite accepting of the differences we bring to work as individuals. I only wonder sometimes why I didn't join Roland Berger earlier.
What makes Roland Berger special for me?
It has always been about the people I work with: people have the power to make workplaces better or worse for individuals. My colleagues are very collaborative, accommodating, smart, and humble individuals and it makes the experience of working together better and enjoyable.
What is it like to be out at Roland Berger?
I feel very comfortable being out at Roland Berger. I don't have to apply any filter when I share anything about my preferences and my personal life with my colleagues. All my colleagues are very supportive and I feel welcomed without any bias.
