Why Roland Berger?
I joined Roland Berger in 2015 with the goal of helping to establish the Bangkok Office. I've stayed and watched it grow ever since. I enjoy the combination of challenges and stability that Roland Berger offers. In the HR team, we always say, "It's never a boring day at Roland Berger."
What makes Roland Berger special for me?
Having the opportunity to work with all talented people is my pleasure. Having the chance to drive HR topics is my passion.
What is it like to be out at Roland Berger?
During my early years at Roland Berger, a Senior Partner once asked me if I was married and had kids. I explained that I live with my partner, who is also female, and that we don't have kids. The Senior Partner responded by saying, "Why can't you? In Europe, there are many ways for same-sex couples to have kids if they want to." I never thought that we'd be able to talk about this openly, especially with Senior Partners in the firm. From that moment, I knew that Roland Berger is the place where I can truly be myself.
