At Principal level, you have serious amounts of experience behind you and have played a central role in hugely successful projects in the past. You bring in new business – a significant portion of your time is dedicated to major acquisitions. You are responsible for the operational management of some of our largest and most complex projects. As a seasoned professional, you have distinguished yourself across many projects. You mentor and lead younger colleagues.

Making Partner means you're a shareholder – you lead. You steer entire areas of expertise. Where are your sectors heading? How can we stay one, no, several, steps ahead? It's your job to know and take your teams and client base there. You ensure the success of your projects and lead on acquiring new ones.
