Start your journey in consulting

During our 24-month program, you will work on exciting projects, get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base, and build an international network.

Regular training and special coaching for female consultants will foster your personal and professional development. You can look forward to numerous networking events in our Women@RolandBerger Community and meet other female consultants from other practice groups and offices.

You will have the support of a female mentor throughout your journey.

Are you ready to step into consulting? Then join our European Female Talent Program in one of the participating countries (Belgium, France, Germany/Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden).

Applications are managed on a country-by-country basis. You can probably apply from February 2025 onward for the next round of our European Female Talent Program 2025/26 in most countries.
