I have been part of Roland Berger's Global Legal Team at the Munich office since September 2021. After several years working for international law firms, I've found an exciting new challenge at Roland Berger. My work mainly involves checking and evaluating client contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to mitigate potential liability risks. I also deal with regulatory and compliance issues that are relevant to our business.
I enjoy working in a dynamic consulting environment and I love the collaborative working relationship with my team. I find the regular team meetings and training opportunities that Roland Berger offers particularly valuable.
I also had the opportunity to spend several months supporting the legal department at the Paris office. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights and get to know my French colleagues and the city of Paris. It was not only a professionally enriching time but also a great personal experience.

I joined Roland Berger in the Vienna office at the start of 2020, after I'd done my bachelor's degree and spent two years working in another industry. In the early days, my work involved analyzing and compiling data, a bit of project controlling, and supporting the global rollout of a standardized reporting process. Since then, I've gained insights into various different areas and my tasks and responsibilities have been continually evolving and changing.

Currently, I'm part of the Group Controlling team, where we are the central point of contact for all of Roland Berger's international offices for forecasting, budgeting, consolidation of global data, and periodic or ad hoc reporting. I find our corporate environment very exciting and I work in a great team, in a mainly remote setting but with regular meet-ups or team workshops. I also had the opportunity to spend several months supporting colleagues in one of our US offices, in Detroit, which gave me the chance to enjoy many more great experiences, including a wonderful Midwestern Indian summer.
