In an international management consultancy like Roland Berger, the Finance department offers exciting challenges like (project) controlling, accounting & group consolidation, treasury management or taxes and legal affairs. Compliance & risk management are also handled from within Finance.

In an exciting role, you'll be working closely with our international subsidiaries, preparing key performance indicators for our management and optimizing our financial processes.

I have been part of Roland Berger's Global Legal Team at the Munich office since September 2021. After several years working for international law firms, I've found an exciting new challenge at Roland Berger. My work mainly involves checking and evaluating client contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to mitigate potential liability risks. I also deal with regulatory and compliance issues that are relevant to our business.
I enjoy working in a dynamic consulting environment and I love the collaborative working relationship with my team. I find the regular team meetings and training opportunities that Roland Berger offers particularly valuable.
I also had the opportunity to spend several months supporting the legal department at the Paris office. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights and get to know my French colleagues and the city of Paris. It was not only a professionally enriching time but also a great personal experience.

I started my professional career as an external financial auditor at an international auditing company. In October 2022, I joined the Roland Berger Finance Team in Munich, where I currently contribute to ensuring that our accounting and financial reporting complies with international standards.
As a Finance Manager, my role is diverse and dynamic. I am tasked with the implementation of new accounting processes and tools, providing support to the group, and managing new regulatory requirements. My key responsibility includes ensuring compliance of our financial reporting to support financial decision making. For this purpose, I regularly exchange ideas with colleagues from different functions and thus gain in-depth insights into our internal processes.
My position involves participating in many exciting cross-functional projects, working closely with Roland Berger offices worldwide. This often requires coordinating across different time zones and fostering a collaborative environment. I enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment with a supportive and motivated team from which I can learn a lot. This has been very enriching on both a personal and a professional level.
