When I started my Master's degree in Political Economy in Dusseldorf, I took up a position as a working student at the Roland Berger Institute (RBI) at the same time. This job allowed me to put the theory I was learning at university into practice and apply it in projects for an international clientele. The fascinating dynamics in management consulting, the international setting, and the outstanding team spirit quickly convinced me that this company was the place for me, so I accepted a permanent role at the RBI when I finished my Master's degree.
At the RBI, we support our company and our management team with a portfolio of high-end services and products. This includes studies, trend analyses, and numerous corporate publications. We operate at the interface between current macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges and longer-term megatrends like climate change and demographic change and their impacts on economies and businesses. My work is very diverse thanks to the broad spectrum of topics I cover, which keeps my workload varied and interesting. The great team, the wide range of projects, and the feeling of always improving my personal development and being able to develop new topic areas is what makes working at Roland Berger so special!
a key player.
