Act for impact: Sustainability at Roland Berger
The world is showing us it is time to act and accelerate change. Our material topics
We identified, assessed, and prioritized potential environmental, social, and governance topics to guide the development of our ESG strategy. In this process, facilitated in 2022, we involved our management executives, our clients, and our people in the materiality assessment in order to have a deep understanding of the ESG topics. Our ESG strategy is designed to deliver sustainable value to all our stakeholders. We consolidated the results of this structured process by categorizing our 17 material topics in our four areas of impact and visualized them in a materiality matrix.

It is critical for us to include their perspective on sustainability in our ESG process, which is why we asked internal (employees) and external (clients) stakeholders about their view on our material topics.
