New Managing Director for U.S. Operations at POLARIXPARTNER Inc.
Roland Berger, a global management consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Jan Schulte is joining POLARIXPARTNER Inc., part of the Roland Berger practice, as the Managing Director, effective August 1, 2024.

In this role, Jan will be responsible for driving and expanding the POLARIXPARTNER brand here in North America. Jan joins us from a globally leading, independent engineering services provider, and brings over 16 years of experience within the automotive and engineering consulting industry in various management positions to Roland Berger.
Roland Berger’s acquisition of POLARIXPARTNER enhanced their top-tier management consulting services capabilities. POLARIXPARTNER supports companies in the manufacturing segment and various cost optimization and processes for efficiency improvement practices. This ranges from target costing & value engineering, product teardown, benchmarking over to supply chain optimization and much more. POLARIXPARTNER will support our client base throughout the entire product development process, from product definition to early-stage concept until start of production and beyond.
