Alain Chagnaud
Alain Chagnaud joined Roland Berger in 2010 and is now a Senior Partner in the Paris office. As a specialist in public services he conducts projects for the state administration, social welfare agencies and local authorities. Before joining Roland Berger he spent 13 years working in various management consulting firms.
His areas of expertise are economic development, social welfare and public/private relations. His functional competence covers strategy, organization/management, public procurement and IT strategy and governance. Alain Chagnaud holds a degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and Sciences Po Paris.
