Alexander Möller is a Senior Advisor in Roland Berger's Transportation practice. He primarily advises clients from the transportation and mobility sector, particularly on issues around new products and services, regulation and restructuring. He focuses especially on the challenges posed by new technologies and new market players as well as by the changing customer needs, sustainability requirements and regulations to which public and private companies in the sector and related industries are exposed. He has profound expertise in the areas of business and strategy development, corporate culture, change management and in project and process management. He is also an expert in the regulation and financing of individual and public mobility as well as matters pertaining to association and company law and the public sector.

After studying law and completing his legal clerkship, then taking up his first position as a lawyer and working in municipal management, Alexander Möller's career at a large German company began: From 2006 to 2014, he held various management positions, where he was responsible for areas including Strategy and Business Development, Tendering and Competition Management, as well as Network and Revenue Management and Public Affairs. During this time, he also gained experience in HR issues, particularly change management, codetermination and collective bargaining policy.

Before joining Roland Berger, he was director of the automobile club ADAC for almost four years, where his responsibilities included Membership, Lobbying & Transport, and Strategy & Communications.

The evolution of mobility for people and goods demands excellence. That means for me: Smart integration for everyone in the company for new ideas and successful implementation in a successful day-to-day business.
