Andreas Grille is a Partner and seasoned M&A advisor at Roland Berger. For more than 17 years, he has been passionately advising international listed and private companies, private equity firms, families, trustees, insolvency administrators and entrepreneurs across industries in the execution of competitive cross-border sell- and buy-side M&A transaction processes. Building on Roland Berger's vast global office and industry footprint, he is also a specialist for complex international deals, involving public, carve-out, financing, turnaround, high margin and high growth situations.

Prior to joining Roland Berger in 2011, Andreas gathered ten years of corporate finance and investment banking experience in Frankfurt, Chicago, Beijing and Shanghai. Over the past 20 years, he lived and worked for more than three years in China and is fluent in Mandarin. Andreas holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Jena and studied Chinese at the Fudan University in Shanghai.
