With expertise in organization strategy and design, transformation programs, target operating model definition, corporate headquarters, agile organizations, and overhead efficiency programs including benchmarking and process optimization, Andreas is the go-to expert for companies looking to optimize their operations and achieve success.
Andreas’ industry focus lies in industrials, retail and agriculture, and transportation / ports, and he serves clients in the DACH regions, as well as Asia, Middle East, North America, and Europe. He is also a prolific author, with several publications on organization, including Mastering the Transformation Journey, Breaking Bad Silos, and our regular Corporate Headquarters Study.
He joined Roland Berger in 2006 and holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
