Baptiste Maisonnier
Baptiste is a Partner for Energy & Utilities in France. He joined the firm in 2011, after a digital career in big data analytics and consulting. He is an all-road utility expert with a focus on renewable power and gas, waste and water management and energy efficiency.
He has successfully managed all types of sustainability projects and helped a variety of clients, including state-owned groups, private groups and multinationals clients, progress in their environmental and social issues. In 2014, he moved to Montreal to launch Roland Berger’s Utility practice there and develop new industrial clients, before moving back to France in 2016. Baptiste has an extensive consulting experience. He has a track record in corporate growth strategy, strategic due diligence, post-merger integration, lean and agile organizations, new business strategy, performance management, digital transformation and start-up factory.
Baptiste is a graduate from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and an alumnus of Saint-Paul's School in the USA.
