Bernhard Weissensteiner is a Principal and member of the leadership team in Roland Berger’s North American Transaction and Investor Services practice, based in New York. He has over a decade of experience working with automotive and industrial clients across a wide range of strategy, technology, M&A, and transformation topics.

Bernhard specializes in supporting private equity investors, family offices, and strategic clients with target identification, commercial and operational due diligence, portfolio value creation, and exit strategies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
