Björn Schubert

Since joining Roland Berger in 2018, Björn Schubert has been part of our Transaction and Investor Services Team, advising private equity clients and strategic investors. With deep expertise in guiding acquisition and value creation projects, Björn supports investors both during the commercial due diligence process and throughout the holding phase to drive long-term value.

Björn has led and contributed to numerous commercial due diligence projects, strategic initiatives, and private equity (PE) value creation projects during his tenure at Roland Berger. His work focuses on delivering tailored solutions that drive sustainable top-line and bottom-line results for investors. Going forward, Björn plays a leading role in the further development of our PE Value Creation offering and in expanding relationships with mid- and large-cap clients.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tübingen and Queensland University of Technology.
