Bruce Tang

Bruce joined Roland Berger’s London office in 2018 after completing his MBA at INSEAD. He is a core member of the UK TIS team, specializing in business services. With over a decade of experience in M&A from financial, commercial, and investor perspectives, Bruce has played a key role in the professionalization journey of the UK TIS platform and has expanded his focus to growth topics such as data center engineering, smart metering, and business outsourcing.

Beyond projects, he also leads training programs on accounting and finance and champions D&I initiatives, including Performance Improvement and Women in TIS. Bruce holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Boston University.
