Carlo Gozzi

Carlo is an automotive specialist with a dedicated focus on the industrial development of both automotive OEMs and OESs throughout their life cycles. His expertise encompasses feasibility studies, scale-up and growth phases, and optimization and efficiency programs. Additionally, Carlo contributes to the broader Industrial Products & Services platform at Roland Berger, where he has garnered a wealth of experience with a particular emphasis on capital goods.

Carlo joined Roland Berger Middle East in January 2023, bringing with him nearly a decade of strategic management consulting experience gained in continental Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific region. In the Middle East, he advises a diverse range of clients in both the private and public sectors, addressing their strategy development and deployment challenges.

Carlo holds a Master’s of Science double degree in International Management from Fudan University in Shanghai and Bocconi University in Milan, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
