Chris Petrov joined our Middle East office in 2021 and brings over 13 years of experience in consulting and industry roles across Europe and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading energy companies and investment firms on strategic initiatives aimed at advancing the energy transition toward a sustainable and prosperous future—a cause Chris is deeply passionate about.

Chris specializes in market transformations, corporate strategy, and investment management, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments and evolving market dynamics to drive meaningful change. He has led key initiatives within the energy transition space, including the development of decarbonization strategies, clean energy solutions, ecosystem investments, and operational excellence and transformation programs. His work spans more than a decade of supporting GCC government entities, regulators, sovereign wealth funds, utilities, and developers.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University and studied Computer Science at the New York Institute of Technology.
