Christian Böhler
Christian Boehler is a Partner in our Operations team and a member of our global leadership team for Sustainability and Climate Action. He is based in Munich, Germany.
Christian mainly advises companies in the automotive industry and industrial goods firms. He started consulting in 2007 and has lived for several years in the United States working for Roland Berger's Chicago office. His functional operations expertise is focused on product development and R&D as well as large operations efficiency/transformation programs. He supports clients, e.g., on preparing R&D departments for future trends, redesigning processes, and organizational transformations.
Christian’s focus areas in sustainability cover the entire operations value chain, starting from realizing circular economy strategies in new product development to decarbonization programs along Scope 1, 2, and 3.
Further, handling the sustainability challenge on the supply-side through working side-by-side with procurement departments and suppliers. Christian also advises our clients on corporate ESG (sustainability) strategies.
