Christian Vinck

Christian brings nearly 20 years of experience in consulting and the industrial sector to our company.

He joins us from a global industrial conglomerate, where he most recently worked directly with and for the Executive Board as a member of the Top-Executive Group. In his role as head of organization, he led the restructuring and organizational redesign of corporate headquarters, regional platforms, services, and the business segment structure. In parallel, he oversaw the transformation of the company’s marine systems division across Germany, the UK, and Brazil. Additionally, Christian was a member of the top leadership team for a company-wide performance program.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively on international projects across Australia, China, the USA, Brazil, India, and the Middle East. Christian has deep expertise in plant engineering, elevator technologies, automotive supply, steelmaking, and (military) shipbuilding. His key focus areas include strategy and business development for executive boards, comprehensive performance and transformation programs, and organizational design, aligning strategy and structure.

Christian holds a diploma in business science and earned his doctoral degree at the Chair of Controlling and Management Accounting at FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany. He remains engaged with the institution as a voluntary visiting scholar.

A former professional tennis player, Christian remains highly active in sports. In addition to tennis, he practices Taekwondo and enjoys traveling the world.
