Christina Gröger

Christina Gröger is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Stuttgart Office and part of our digital platform. Christina joined Roland Berger in 2024 and has more than 24 years of consulting experience in digital transformations. She advises and serves clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, and engineering, on digital and data-enabled business transformations. Her areas of expertise include managing complex ERP transformation projects, leveraging a deep understanding of SAP and architecture to drive transformation strategies, and helping clients realize value quickly through their core technology transformations.

Before joining Roland Berger, Christina worked for a software vendor, where she advised clients on implementation strategies, for a process and management consultancy, where she was responsible for a unit of developers and architects, and for a strategy consultancy in digital transformations.

Christina is passionate about helping her clients to make the most out of their investment in core tech platforms, especially in challenging situations like mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and efficiency programs. Outside of her client work, she enjoys mentoring women in technology to step into senior roles.

Christina holds a diploma in business administration with a focus on information management from the University of Pforzheim.
