Christophe Guillet is a partner in the Energy and Sustainability practice in the Middle East and a member of the Global Water Team. Before joining the firm, he held executive positions in the water and environmental industries.
With 25 years of experience as a developer, operator, and board member of utilities and water companies across Africa, Europe, China, Brazil, and the Middle East, Christophe has gained extensive expertise in operations, governance, and concessions within the utilities sector.
Over the past decade, he has advised both public and private sector clients in the Middle East. His specialization includes strategy and organization, performance management, and public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks. He has led large-scale projects, such as the management and performance optimization of utilities, concession agreements, and the implementation of strategic initiatives for major stakeholders. His expertise also encompasses commercial due diligence, M&A-driven growth strategies, and the development of major infrastructure projects across the full value chain.
Christophe holds an MBA from ESCP Business School and has completed executive education at HEC.
He is fluent in French, English, Portuguese, and Italian.
