Codrut is Senior Advisor at the Roland Berger's Bucharest office. He started his career in investment banking before joining Roland Berger's Bucharest office in 1998. He became a Partner in 2007 working for the Bucharest and London offices and managing numerous projects in industries such as telecom, energy and utilities, financial services and pharmaceuticals.

His functional expertise covers, among others, efficiency improvement, cost reduction, restructuring, corporate and business strategy as well as corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He studied Economics and Business Administration in Bucharest and holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
