Dieter Billen

Dieter is a Partner at Roland Berger. He has worked in several countries across Southeast Asia, and originally started at the firm's Brussels office in Belgium.
He consults on public sector development, economic development, regulations and strategic infrastructure development, including setting up public-private partnerships. His infrastructure experience covers areas such as energy and utilities, transport and telecom.
Dieter Billen has supported multinationals, conglomerates, investment funds and governments on energy transition topics such as renewables and recycling opportunities in South East Asia.
He holds a Master in International Economics and Business from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He is also a graduate in International Economic Policy at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in Germany and attended the Executive Program in Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships at Harvard University.
