Dominik Löber
Dr. Dominik Löber is a Senior Partner in our Frankfurt Office and has been with Roland Berger since 2004. He is an expert in business model development, reorganization, process optimization and digital transformation. He works within our Services Platform which covers banking, media & tech industries and is the Global Co-Head of our Banking & Asset Management Practice.
Dominik supports a wide range of clients in the banking sector, ranging from global universal banks to specialized niche players. Going beyond banking, his clients also include financing captives of leading industrial firms as well as companies in the digital space, especially within media and e-commerce.
Together with his team, he has supported various optimization and digital transformation projects, covering the entire value chain. His focus areas include digital endgame modelling, target picture derivation and new delivery model implementation.
Dominik studied Business Administration in Koblenz, Germany, the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario, Canada and the École Superieur de Commerce de Rouen in France. He holds a PhD from the EBS University of Business and Law in Germany.
