Douglas Bade is a Senior Partner and member of Roland Berger's North American management team and is based in Chicago. He has significant consulting experience, providing expertise in the areas of business transformation, performance improvement, global operational excellence, corporate strategy, innovation development, supply chain management, and leadership alignment across a range of industries, including industrials, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Douglas was a senior partner at another large global consulting firm, where he held several leadership roles, including previously serving as the Vice Chairman and Managing Principal of its U.S. Consumer and Industrial Products practice. Douglas’s nearly thirty years of management consulting experience are reinforced with eight years of industry experience.

Douglas is passionate about working with clients and teams. He is recognized for his authentic leadership style, creating value for clients, developing high performing teams, and for demonstrating deep industry expertise throughout his career.

Douglas earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University and MBA from Clemson University, and studied at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
