Eva Barbier

Eva is a home-grown Roland Berger consultant who joined our firm in 2016. She began her journey in the Brussels office, where she advised industrial clients on a wide range of strategic topics. From 2021 to 2023, she relocated to Montréal to help expand the Canadian offices while also supporting various projects across the U.S., with a strong focus on industrial decarbonization and the energy transition. Since returning to Brussels in 2024, Eva has been dedicated to driving the growth of the Industrials Platform, leveraging her broad international network, and turning climate change solutions into impactful projects.

Outside of work, Eva is a passionate runner and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and close friends.
