Fabian Huhle
Fabian Huhle is Senior Partner in Roland Berger's Platform Restructuring, Performance & Transformation. He is member of the management team of our global Transformation Practice. He has been with the company since 2002.
Fabian is an expert in corporate performance and transformation programs, organizational and target operating model design, corporate headquarters design, shared services and outsourcing. His specialties include benchmarking and transforming corporate functions in response to global business needs and a fast-changing business environment.
Furthermore, he helps clients in people centric transformation with expertise in culture and change management.
He advises clients in the transportation/logistics, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries as well as media and beverages.
Fabian studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) with studies abroad in Argentina and the United States.
Organizational transformations are complex endeavors that require meticulous planning, steadfast execution, and unwavering leadership.
