Fabian is a Principal in Roland Berger’s Hamburg office. As a member of our Operations platform, he focuses on advising clients in the automotive and discrete manufacturing industries in the fields of Procurement, Engineering and Supply Chain Management & Logistics.

He joined the company in 2015 and has a strong track record in product cost optimization, functional excellence, and functional efficiency programs.

Fabian studied Industrial Engineering and Business Administration and holds a BSc and a MSc degree from four Universities in Hamburg, Germany. He supports the network development and marketing activities of our firm.
