Falk Meissner
Falk has more than 25 years of professional expertise working with technology in the context of research, consultancy and public and private companies. He brings profound experiences in strategy development, strategy execution, business transformation, operations, growth and value creation in technology, semiconductor, LED and automotive industries.
At the beginning of his professional career Falk worked as research physicist in the Nuclear Science Division at a major national laboratory. He started his strategy consulting career in 2004, primarily serving global technology, semiconductor and industrial companies. After 6 years in consulting, Falk joined a leading LED and Automotive technology group. As Chief Strategy Officer, he led the company through several fundamental transformations: from a "start-up" culture to lean manufacturing operations, from technology focus to a consumer and market driven organization, the merger, their carve out into a standalone operating entity, their divestment and transition into private equity ownership.
Falk holds a Doctorate in Nuclear Physics from the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), where he also received his Diploma in Physics.
