Floor first joined the Amsterdam office as a consultant in 2011, working on a broad range of projects.

She then moved to Dubai in 2015 and held several positions during her 7+ years in the Middle East. Floor worked at a globally operating shipping company, founded a social enterprise and worked as a freelance consultant for a range of clients in the Middle East and the Netherlands, focusing on sustainability and ESG-related topics.

Floor studied Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management at Delft University of Technology.
