Florian Daniel is a Partner in Roland Berger's Munich office. He joined our firm's Automotive team in 2016 as a Project Manager. Prior to that, he held various functions and management positions in the automotive supplier industry for more than 10 years. His focus areas are operational excellence, performance improvement and strategy development.

Florian holds a degree in Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
