François Guénard
François Guénard joined Roland Berger's Transportation and Aerospace & Defense units in Paris in 2008. Since then, he has been involved with major players (operators, infrastructure managers, platformists and suppliers) in those sectors, on issues of dealing with strategic alignment, organization, collaborative models, and operational performance improvement.
François is an expert in rail transport and aeronautics with more than 25 years of experience in consulting. He has developed functional expertise in the management of major programs, engineering, and supply chain management.
After a VIE at an international automotive concern in Hungary, he started his career at a global operating management consultancy, where he worked on reorganization, human resources management and change management projects in industry and services.
In 1997, he joined one of the world's biggest multinational professional service firms, where he led major transformation and reorganization projects in the Aerospace and Transportation sectors.
In 2004, he founded a consulting firm specializing in performance improvement and transformation in the aerospace sector.
François graduated from ESSEC and holds a degree in sociology.
