Frank Schrijver
Frank Schrijver is a Partner at Roland Berger. Focused on the financial sector, particularly on banks, he supports the realization of transformation trajectories, including integration issues, end-to-end process digitalization, new operating models and performance improvement programs.
Frank understands, like no other, the impact of large change projects. As a long-time consultant and former banker, he knows how to take the range of interests and stakeholders, within and beyond the organization, into account. The functional and personal skills that he has developed over the course of his broad career ensure his continued delivery of high quality advice.
Frank studied Business Economics at the University of Groningen. Before he joined Roland Berger in 2008, he worked as a strategy consultant at a leading banking company.
