Gabriel Schillaci
Gabriel Schillaci is a mobility infrastructure and mobility operators expert. He has been advising transportation infrastructure operators and investors (airports, ports, tunnels, rail stations, car parks, warehouses), airlines, travel retail companies, and transport and logistics companies for 15 years.
Gabriel is passionate about strategic disruptions, especially in passenger mobility (e.g. seamless customer journey) and travel retail (e.g. experiential retail), and continuously advises large and smaller size clients on these topics at a global scale.
His fields of expertise cover growth strategies, new markets entry, investments review, strategic and financial planning, as well as transformation and profit improvement programs.
Gabriel holds an M.Sc. in Management from HEC Business School, as well as an M.Sc. in International Management from CEMS. Prior to coming to Roland Berger, he worked for large corporations in the field of transportation and travel retail.
Gabriel also coaches startups in the field of transportation and mobility, as well as other industries.
