Gerald Duarte is a Partner at Roland Berger's Paris office and a member of the global Transaction Services leadership team.

As a Senior Partner at Roland Berger, he brings over 20 years of expertise in M&A, operations, and transformation. His focus is on delivering tangible results for corporate and private equity clients by leveraging deep industry insights and innovative strategies.

Over the past years, he has led numerous transformation and post-deal support projects (PMI, carve-outs) and has supported clients in some of the most complex international transactions.

He has extensive international program experience across Western Europe, Central Europe, the CIS, and India. He holds a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.

As a consultant, I see my role in helping companies unlock value from their complex mergers or carve-outs, working side by side with them from design to implementation.
