Hatem Fawzy

Hatem Fawzy is a Senior Advisor based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in strategic partnerships, investment attraction, and economic advisory. With over 30 years of experience, he has played a key role in shaping industrial strategies, economic policies, and investment initiatives across both the public and private sectors.

Hatem has worked extensively with government entities, investment firms, and industry leaders, supporting strategic project development, execution, and financing. His expertise spans public sector transformation, offsets and localization, energy, mining & metals, defense & aerospace, and venture capital. He has been instrumental in leading large-scale investment projects, privatization efforts, and the establishment of national champions across key industries.

Before joining the firm, Hatem held senior leadership positions in economic development and investment advisory, where he advised on industrial development strategies, strategic alliances, and investment frameworks. He also led major projects, including multi-billion-dollar industrial investments, the design and implementation of sector-wide economic policies, and the launch of integrated industrial strategies.

Hatem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management and an Advanced Project Management certification from Stanford. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
