Heiko Mosetter is a Principal in our Transportation, Infrastructure, and Public team within the Regulated & Infrastructure platform. Based in Munich, his work focuses on managing complex transformation programs with regard to performance and positioning.

Over the last few years, Heiko has developed particularly strong expertise within the transportation and infrastructure arena (airports, rail, and rail supply) as well as with public sector entities. He jointly developed the Results Factory, a new approach to mobilize client organizations and deliver results in the same way a factory delivers products: reliably, continuously, and measurably.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (WHU) and a Master's degree in International Management (ESADE, CEMS).
