Dr. Jörg Eschmann is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger and is leading our global Mergers & Acquisitions / Financial Advisory practice.

With more than 30 years of experience Jörg Eschmann is providing investment banking services for sell- and buy-side M&A transactions as well as financial advisory services.

He is supporting clients in succession cases, growth or refinancing phases, carve-outs, divestitures and special situations like turnarounds, liquidity crises or insolvency proceedings.

His clients are corporates, family owned businesses, financial investors and insolvency administrators. During his time at Roland Berger, he successfully realized more than 100 M&A transactions.

Before he joined Roland Berger in 2015, he worked 20 years for leading players as M&A Advisor, Chief Restructuring Officer, Management Consultant and Investment Manager. He started his professional carrer 1994 as Head of Controlling at a private equity-owned industrial holding.

Jörg Eschmann studied Industrial Engineering and Business Administration and holds a PhD in Business Management.
