Jörg Brunner

Jörg Brunner is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger and a Member of our Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction team. He has 15 years of experience as an M&A advisor and is a noted expert in automotive and industrial M&A transactions.

He advises international corporations, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, private equity investors, trustees, and insolvency administrators on cross-border sell-side and buy-side transactions. Before joining Roland Berger, he worked as Managing Director for a US investment bank, responsible for M&A transactions in the fields of automotive and industrials. With his extensive knowledge and experience, his work at Roland Berger focuses on corporate carve-outs and divestment, company succession, leveraged buyouts, and turnaround situations.

Jörg holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
