Dr. Jörg Eschmann is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger and a Member of our Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction group. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, advisory and insolvency administration. Before he joined Roland Berger, he worked as a Partner and Principal at major management consulting firms. He has also acted as a Chief Restructuring Officer and M&A Advisor, often in insolvency proceedings. In the beginning of his career, he worked as an Investment Manager and Head of Controlling at a private equity-owned industrial holding.

With his background in the corporate finance and restructuring sector, his work at Roland Berger focuses on mergers & acquisitions and supporting companies in turnaround situations, refinancing phases, liquidity crises or bankruptcy.

Jörg holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration and a PhD in Business Management.
