Johannes Viehhauser is a Principal in our Restructuring, Performance & Transaction Team and based in our Munich office. He has deep expertise in the fields of performance improvement, business transformation and reorganization.

Since joining Roland Berger in 2016, he has gained extensive experience in the areas of Consumer Goods & Retail, Logistics & Shipping, Agribusiness and Aviation.

Within RPT, Johannes Viehhauser is responsible for topics related to Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation. He holds a PhD from the Technical University of Munich in in this area of expertise for innovative approaches to increase corporate performance.

Before joining Roland Berger, Viehhauser graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich with studies in South Korea, Brazil and South Africa.
