Juan Luis Vilchez
Juan Luis is a Partner at Roland Berger with over 15 years of experience, primarily focused on infrastructure investment. He concentrates on the Infrastructure and Industrials platforms in Spain, where his clients include leading investment funds and corporations active in the region.
Juan Luis specializes in energy transition and core+ sectors, where he has successfully led challenging deals and projects. His expertise also extends to the waste management and valorization space, including pioneering ventures in biofuels, hydrogen, biomethane, PV C&I distributed generation, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
In addition to his work in these sectors, he has successfully advised clients in other regulated industries, such as chilled logistics, vehicle inspection, air rescue, firefighting services, and parking management.
Juan Luis graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
Juan Luis is married and the father of three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing football, and having steak and wine nights.
