She has more than 6 years of strategic consulting experience for manufacturing including semiconductor, automotive and consumer goods and has strong expertise in overseas market strategy, new business development, and business growth strategy.

Prior joining Roland Berger, Juan worked for a global strategic consulting firm, global general consulting firm and a Japanese manufacturing company.

She holds a Ph.D degree of Applied Mathematics from Nanyang Technological University.
